About Us
Why We are the Best NDIS Provider ?
Life on Holistic Way Disability Services is committed to empowering people with disability to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. Our services are guided by the principles of respect, dignity, choice, and control, in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.
We understand that consistent relationships matter. For participants, especially those with shorter funded support hours, frequent changes in support workers can be unsettling and disruptive. That’s why we prioritise continuity of care, aiming to allocate regular support workers wherever possible to build trust, familiarity, and emotional safety.
Our team works collaboratively with participants, families, guardians, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and allied health professionals to ensure supports are aligned with each participant’s goals, preferences, cultural background, and individual needs.
We believe disability support is not just about providing assistance — it’s about building confidence, fostering independence, and supporting genuine community connection.

About Us
Life on Holistic Way Disability Services is a participant-focused NDIS disability support provider based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and person-centred supports that empower participants to live more independent, confident, and connected lives.
We specialise in community participation and social support, particularly for participants who have limited funding and shorter approved support hours (2–3 hours per shift). We believe that no participant should miss out on meaningful support due to shorter service durations. Our service model is intentionally designed to ensure participants receive consistent, reliable support workers who help build trust, routine, and positive outcomes over time.
We also provide safe transport using our company vehicles, supporting participants to attend appointments, access the community, and participate in social and recreational activities.
